Finding balance for innovation and execution | Lou Odunuga

Lou Odunuga highlights how defining the game, deliberateness, seeking out partnership and keeping scores are the tools needed in finding the balance for innovation and execution. Lou Odunuga is the Chief Executive Officer of Betacar.ng, an Automotive e-Commerce Marketplace Platform.

Prior to Betacar, Lou Odunuga served in a number of senior management positions for leading companies in Nigeria and the USA, over a 20-plus-year career spanning various roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations Strategy. His diverse business experiences span multiple industries including Management Consulting, Technology Startups, Manufacturing, and Telecoms. He has held several leadership positions since his days in Silicon Valley – Yahoo, Honeywell International, Accenture and Etisalat-9mobile.

Mr Odunuga holds an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos.
Lou is passionate about community building and partnering with local NGOs. He also volunteers his time to provide career mentoring to young professionals.
