Here's How Nintendo Is Improving Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Over The Wii Original - Nintendo Life Posted: 02 Jul 2021 06:20 AM PDT The Switch release of Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is almost upon us, and Nintendo has already mentioned that this update will include several 'quality of life' improvements over the Wii original. Today, the company has released a new trailer that outlines precisely what those improvements are. These include optional help from Fi for when you get stuck, enhanced control options, a smoother frame rate, 'streamlined' item descriptions (so you don't have to read them every time you pick up an item you've already collected), the ability to fast-forward dialogue and skippable cutscenes. While some of those might seem relatively minor additions, the fact that you no longer have to sit through item descriptions is going to be worth the price of this update alone, if you ask us.
